Creating your Design

Customised - Create your own design incorporating any of our extensive range of Existing Artwork, Templates or Ideas from Previous Commissions.

Your ideas and imagination, combined with our advice and expertise will result in a unique and eye catching design.

We can also incorporate designs into, weather vanes, plant hangers, book ends, ornaments, name plates, coat hangers, miniature key hooks, etc. Designs can also be utilised by blacksmiths to augment and enhance fireguards, gates and fences.

Size, Lettering & Layout
Prices are based on the size of the design and the time taken to develop it.

Designs can be any size up to 100 x 100 cm (40 x 40 inches). There are no extra charges for lettering which is available in a variety of fonts.

Designs can be pre-drilled or hanging eyes provided if required.

Preview Design
Designs are laid out using a Computer Aided Design (CAD) programme. If required you can see a preview of your design at this stage. This allows you to view your design.

You can then request any changes before cutting begins. There is no additional charge for this service.

Plasma Cutting
Sheet Metal (2 - 3mm) is then cut to a high precision utilising the CAD programme to operate a CNC Plasma Cutter providing an Intricate & Accurate result.

Powder Coating
Designs can then be Powder Coated in a single colour chosen from a wide variety of standard, and metallic colours.

Provides a Smooth & Tough Finish with greater Durability than a normal painted finish.

The variety of items we can cut and craft from flat metal sheets using the CAD Program & CNC Plasma Cutter is really only limited by imagination and fact that some material is lost when cutting, therefore designs cannot be too small or extremely intricate.
